1. Organizer
This promotion is organized by Oppo Merchandise Group B.V., located at Zuideinde 1C, Roelofarendsveen, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 63661314 (hereinafter: “OppoSuits”).
2. Promotion Period
2.1 This promotion starts on April 1 and runs for an indefinite period.
2.2 OppoSuits reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Termination or modification of the promotion will not affect valid entries submitted prior to such change.
3. Participation
3.1 Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older.
3.2 Participation takes place by submitting at least one original photo or video clearly showing a product purchased from OppoSuits.
3.3 By participating, the participant confirms that:
- the submitted content is authentic and their own original work;
- the content does not include the use of artificial intelligence (AI), deepfake technology, or other digital manipulations that artificially generate or materially alter the image;
- they hold all rights to the submitted material;
- no third-party rights are infringed;
- any identifiable persons in the content have given permission for its use.
OppoSuits reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether submissions comply with these conditions.
3.4 The use of AI-generated or manipulated content is strictly prohibited. OppoSuits aims to showcase only real, authentic content from its community.
3.5 OppoSuits reserves the right to reject or remove submissions that:
- violate these terms;
- are misleading or fraudulent;
- are inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful;
- do not align with the brand’s character.
4. Prize and Selection
4.1 Each month, OppoSuits will select one or more winners.
4.2 The number of winners is determined based on the quality and suitability of the submissions.
4.3 Winners are selected based on creativity, originality, and brand fit.
4.4 The winner will receive a refund of the purchase amount of the relevant order, excluding shipping costs and only for fully paid and non-returned orders.
4.5 Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
4.6 No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
4.7 OppoSuits reserves the right to invalidate entries in case of suspected abuse or fraud.
5. OppoClub Points
5.1 Each participant will receive 50 OppoClub points, provided they are a registered member of the OppoClub loyalty program.
5.2 Points will be credited within a reasonable period.
5.3 OppoSuits reserves the right not to award points in case of abuse or violation of these terms.
6. License and Use of Content
6.1 By participating, the participant grants OppoSuits a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.
6.2 This license includes, but is not limited to, publication on OppoSuits websites, use in email campaigns, and publication on OppoSuits’ social media channels.
6.3 The license is granted for an indefinite period.
6.4 OppoSuits is entitled to edit, crop, or combine the content with other materials, provided that the overall nature and meaning of the content are not materially altered.
6.5 OppoSuits is entitled to grant sublicenses to third parties (such as marketing partners or agencies) for the purposes described above.
7. Removal Requests and Future Use
7.1 Upon request, OppoSuits will remove submitted content within a reasonable period from channels under its direct control. Content that has already been distributed cannot be fully withdrawn.
7.2 A removal request applies only to future use of the content.
7.3 Previously published or distributed materials, including sent email campaigns or earlier social media posts, remain lawful.
7.4 A request to stop future use does not affect the validity of participation or any prizes already awarded.
7.5 Technical or practical limitations may prevent complete removal of all distributed content.
8. Liability
8.1 OppoSuits is not liable for technical failures, lost submissions, or delays.
8.2 Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
8.3 OppoSuits is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from participation in the promotion.
9. Privacy
9.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with OppoSuits’ privacy policy, available here.
9.2 Data will be used solely for the execution of this promotion and in accordance with the license granted in Article 6.
10. Final Provisions
10.1 Dutch law applies to this promotion.
10.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
10.3 If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
