Terms and Conditons Loyalty Program ‘OppoClub’
1. Becoming a member (hereinafter referred to as a ‘Member’) requires that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for our loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the ‘OppoClub’). Before submitting your application to become a Member, please carefully read these Terms and Conditions.
2. OppoClub allows each Member to accumulate and redeem loyalty points (hereinafter ‘Points’) and to use such Points on ‘Rewards’ (as defined on the dedicated OppoClub webpage). The amount of Points and your redemption history are visible in the Member’s Account.
3. A Member can earn Points on the net value of items purchased (minus discounts), as presented in the Member’s cart.
4. Points earned by completing a purchase can only be redeemed after the return period for that purchase has expired.
5. Orders placed using reward Points can be refunded to the reward Points balance, up to the amount redeemed in the order.
6. Points cannot be redeemed in combination with order or product discount codes during checkout.
7. Points are not legal tender and have no monetary value prior to redemption. Earned Points can only be redeemed through Rewards available within OppoClub. It is not possible to claim Points for cash or for any purpose unrelated to Rewards available in OppoClub at that given time.
8. Available Points are directly linked to a Member’s account and cannot be transferred to another account. Accounts are unique per domain and are not shared across different websites.
9. Oppo Merchandise Group B.V. may change the OppoClub and these Loyalty Program Terms at any time without notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to:
(i) altering the Program’s earning rates,
(ii) restructuring the Program,
(iii) removing or changing Points, including how they are earned,
(iv) changing the redemption value of Points,
(v) raising or lowering Point thresholds,
(vi) revising procedures and rules for earning or redeeming Points,
(vii) changing expiration dates for Points,
(viii) associating, combining, integrating, linking or merging the Program with other programs,
(ix) associating, combining, integrating, linking or merging other programs with the Program,
and (x) updating the list of products eligible for Qualifying Purchases.
Such changes may apply even if they affect the ability to use already accumulated Points.
10. Oppo Merchandise Group B.V. does not assume liability for any computer, programming or printing errors, nor for the issuance of unintended Points or Rewards. The company reserves the right to correct such errors. If Points, Rewards, or Benefits are mistakenly credited to a Member’s account, the company reserves the right to cancel or remove them.
11. Oppo Merchandise Group B.V. reserves the right to modify or terminate the OppoClub. In the event of termination, a notice will be sent via email to the address associated with your account at least 21 days in advance (or longer, as required by law). During this period, you may continue to redeem your accumulated Points.
12. You are responsible for staying informed about these Loyalty Program Terms. Your continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
