What Happened?

We are deeply sorry to inform you that we have detected malicious software planted by hackers on some of our websites, aimed at granting these hackers access to certain personal information from customers during the check-out process.

As soon as we discovered this so-called malware attack, we immediately disabled the harmful piece of code on all affected OppoSuits websites and ran a full security check to rule out any other potential security risks.

We have contacted all customers who might have been affected by the security incident.

If you have not received an email, we are convinced that you have not been affected by this security incident based on our investigations.

What We Are Doing

  • We have been working with appropriate local and international authorities, security experts, and payment service providers to understand how the data was compromised, and have taken security measures as described in the next bullet point.
  • Our security experts have removed the malignant software from the affected websites upon discovery. The check-out page on all our websites is now diverted to the Hosted Payment Page of our payment service provider Adyen where an extra layer of security is added. Our server files dating back to the first day of the breach have been secured and we have initiated an in-depth security audit.
  • We have established a webpage, to answer any further questions you might have about the incident. On top of that, a dedicated support team is available for assistance via [email protected]

We deeply regret this incident happened, and cannot apologize enough for the inconveniences this might impose on you as our valued customer. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and are committed to ensuring that all of our customers are offered the highest levels of security provisions. Which websites are affected?

Based on our investigation, we are convinced that only certain customers who purchased or attempted to purchase something on,, and may have been affected by the incident. We have contacted all potentially affected customers. Customers of,,, and are not affected.

What details have been compromised?

Information which may have been compromised includes name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card details such as card numbers, expiry dates and security codes.

What can I do?

We recommend that you contact your credit card company, and monitor your credit card statements for evidence of fraud or any other suspicious charges. Your credit card company can guide you through the appropriate steps and security measures, and arrange potential chargebacks to prevent financial loss.
